Second Innings celebrated National Women’s Day andValentine’s Day on Monday 13th Feb 2023 at Second Innings Day Activity Centre for seniors, DLF-1 Gurgaon.
“Happy National Day ladies. Let’s all honour all the lovelyladies of Second Innings.” Mr. Tandon said while entering the main activity hall.
The programme started with welcoming all the members ofSecond Innings. Members played various games such as musical chairs, passing the parcel, tambola. Couples acted and danced to various old Bollywood songs.
Mrs. Neelam Chadha smiled and shared after her performancewith her better half, “Every day is a valentine’s day. But somehow, I feel it is a day of adoration and friendship. It is a day of communicating your feelings for your close once.”
Mrs. Punam Soni, Managing Trustee of Second Innings, saidthat Second Innings is a place where we love to enjoy every moment of life. And, our members also don’t want to miss any opportunity. That is why we love to celebrate life.
Mr. Piyush Gupta, Dance Trainer at Second Innings, said thatI am astonished to see how they love to dance and enjoy it. At this age, they do Zumba, dance, singing and they actually enjoy it. This is a place where their rules rule. I am so happy to train them. Altogether, the program was good. Sharing is caring, soeveryone shared their happiness and enjoyed healthy snacks and lunch.
