24 June 2024 The summer camp organized under the auspices ofSociety for Promotion of Science and Technology in India at Sai Dham in Faridabad Sector 86 concluded on 24th June 2024.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Anant Kumar Sharma was the chief guest. The program started with
lighting of lamps and then the students of Shirdi Sai Baba School performed colorful programmes. who captivated everyone. The summer camp, which was held from June 3, was attended by students of Shirdi Sai Baba School as well as Government Girls School, Government Modern School Sarai Khwaja and Government Modern School Old Faridabad. Students from IIT and Punjab University were present in the camp to give training in mathematics and science to the students. The workshop gave knowledge to the students on topics like rocketry, telescopy, astronomy etc. through various experiments.
All the dignitaries were honored by dressing them inAngavastra and giving them statues of Sai Baba. Chief Guest Additional Deputy Commissioner Anant Kumar Sharma gave the example of his life and advised the
students to work hard and praised the excellent works being done by Sai Dham.
Addressing the gathering former IAS Dharambir said founder President of Sai Dham, Dr. Motilal Gupta, is the source of inspiration for all of us. He addressed the students and said that the camp would be a milestone for these children and would further enhance their interest in the subjects taught. Dr Motilal Gupta, founder president of Sai Dham, appreciated the initiative and requested that the organization and the government would continue to organize such workshops in the future.
Professor Dr. Keya Dharmbir presented the vote of thanks andthanked all the visitors. Principal of Shirdi Sai Baba School Beenu Sharma, BEO Dr. S.K. Manoj Mittal and DSS Sri Krishna as well as all the mentors from various universities were also honoured. The program was conducted smoothly by Azad Shivam Dixit. The students who came first, second and third in classes were also rewarded in this workshop. MP Singh, Vineet Khattar, KA Pillai as well as teachers and students of various schools participated in the programme.
