Though we celebrate Children Day but forget to make childrenPhysically. So on this Children Day let us take a pledge to make our children strong and healthy both in mind and body.
On this day many educational and motivational programs forchildren are organized all over India. In this regard, Sensei Sumit Virman, the founder of Kaishogun Martial Arts Academy, who feels the need to spread the importance of martial arts and self-defense among the youth of the nation, is working in this field.
Under the guidance of Zen Master Sumit Virman, many childrenhave decoded the experience in the field of martial arts. Many children are practicing with him and have won various medals and trophies for their performance in state and national level competitions. Niharika Ann Mann started karate classes at the age of 4. She has been practicing for the past 12 yearsand is currently a Black Belt Second Dan holder. He has participated in karate championships and won several gold medals and even the best fighter award.
Sumit Virman is on a mission to promote women's self-defense.Rihan Veer Chanana and Kihan Veer Chanana are students of Delhi's Vasant Valley School and residents of The Magnolias, DlF V. Both are currently Green Belts and experts in Kicks and Katas.
Another student from Delhi, Jaiveer Ahuja, 8 years old, whois currently practicing Karate, the orange holder is very attractive and enthusiastic about combat fight skills. Many more children are learning these skills to enhance their fitness, confidence and personality.
