Gurugram: The mega event on the melodies legend Raj Kapoor was held on 27 October at Arya Samaj Auditorium in DLF phase -2 ,which was a par excellence, organised by Karaoke Club of Gurgaon.
From concept to execution, everything went off so smoothlytouching the hearts of all those present. Stage acting of Raj Kapoor by Avinash Kapoor in the foreground of the song “Jeena Yahan Marna Yahan” sung by Col RC Chadha enhanced the beauty of light & sound show of the event.
Besides that, Umbrella scene of Raj Kapoor with Nargiseulogised by Avinash Kapoor & Meenu Malhotra. All the performers on stage added joy & happiness by singing out soulful songs of Raj Kapoor, spread over 2-3 hours.
Hearing The “pyaar hua, Iqrar Hua” tune, the audience spontaneously sprouted & started floor dancing.
“Ramaiyya Wasta Vaiyya” song performed by trio of Lilly Singh,Suruchi & Shiv Chaudhary was a super hit and made everyone nostalgic of golden days of Raj Kapoor.
