All members of Inssan Northern India chapter Delhi, We would liketo inform that Prerna program in member companies restarted to give strongest support to member companies employees to involve and evolve in suggestion scheme.
We started from Punjab base leading company (Toppanspeciality films Pvt ltd Barthla, Rail, Punjab). The basic objective of this programme was to tap out the untapped potential of most precious resource that
is from employee’s creativity and innovation, Overall program was coordinated by Kirat Brar HR head and four seniors as judges, And very heathy support by Pradeep Kumar of HR for organizing and coordination from beginning to end.
The competition was held interdepartmental, total 12departments presented the suggestions (Production, Quality, R&D, Engg. & Maint., Slitting, Thermal, Coating etc.) The external Panel of judges were MR VK Srivastava General SecretaryInssan and Mr Satya Prakash Joint Secretary, and the internal Panel of four departmental head judges were from top management team.
We thanks to Yogesh Munjal Inssan NIC Chairman and his seniorcommittee members for making Prerna meet successful. Program started with motivational video by V K Srivatava and Satya Prakash wonderful judgement. Total 35 suggestions were presented out of which we have declared top five winners.
